We are committed to conducting business in a responsible way at all times, and to supporting the communities in which we live and work through a range of programs and activities.

Marsh and its parent company Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC) are committed to investing in programs which benefit and support the communities in which we work and belong. This firm belief in corporate social responsibility has seen our company establish the Marsh Community and Environment Program, through which we aim to make a sustainable contribution to the vulnerable and disadvantaged in the community as well as taking measures that foster the sustainability of the environment.

Reconciliation Action Plan

In alignment with MMC’s core commitment to ‘Living the Greater Good’, Marsh Australia has committed to a journey of reconciliation and we are very proud to share our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), a Reflect RAP effective to July 2019.

We live by the principles of diversity and inclusion, and are dedicated to making a sustainable contribution to greater inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the communities and workplaces in areas where we operate.

Our RAP is a blue print for our work with colleagues and contacts within our sphere of influence, which aims to build an increased awareness and recognition of the importance of reconciliation actions.
