Congratulations to Marsh’s 2021 Break Out Award Winners

Two Marsh colleagues are among the 2021 Break Out Awards winners selected by Business Insurance in its annual award program that honors the next generation of leaders in the risk management and property/casualty insurance field. 

Congratulations to the South region winner, Emily Beach, Senior Vice President, and Account Executive, and Kimberly Mann, Senior Vice President and Senior Environmental Advisory Specialist, winner in the Northeast region.

Emily Beach, Senior Vice President, and Account Executive 

 Upon graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in Risk Management & Insurance just 12 years ago, Emily launched her career at Marsh as an intern before transitioning to a permanent position. Emily spent four years in the Global Marine department at Marsh, moving up from Risk Analyst to Broker Representative to an Associate Broker (Assistant Vice President), before taking on an opportunity as a Marine Underwriter at Travelers. While at Travelers, Emily also earned a Master’s in Business Administration at Georgia State University—an accomplishment that, along with an expanded knowledge of the business, experience, and skillset, positioned her to return to Marsh in a client-facing role as an Account Executive, Vice President, eventually leading to her current role. Emily is based in Atlanta, GA.

Kimberly Mann, Senior Vice President, and Senior Environmental Advisory Specialist

Kimberly began her career with Marsh in 2012 following the completion of her undergraduate studies at Clemson University. Kimberly’s client results, strong work ethic, and natural acumen resulted in her expedited career path. She has since held roles with increased responsibility and scope, including Associate Advisory Specialist, Assistant Vice President, Vice President/Advisory Specialist, Senior Vice President/Senior Advisory Specialist, and most recently, inclusion into the National Leadership team in 2020. Kimberly is based in Philadelphia, PA.

In addition, Jessica Hanneman, Anchorage-based Vice President and Director of Business Relations for Marsh & McLennan Agency, was selected in the West region.
