Data security and privacy risks along with technology errors and omission (E&O) exposures are the risks of greatest concern to communications, media and technology companies, according to a recent Marsh Survey of 120 risk managers and risk leaders. Designing a program that covers the risks related to cyber-attacks and technology failures can be daunting. There are also significant changes in the marketplace in respect to capacity, pricing, terms and conditions which can add an another layer of complexity to program design.
