Marsh’s David Batchelor Named to ‘Power50’ Top Influencers List by Insurance Day

David Batchelor has been named to Insurance Day’s “Power50” Top Influencers list. Mr. Batchelor is President of Marsh’s International Division and is based in New York City.

The “Power50” Top Influencers list is a distinction Insurance Day gives to individuals that it believes are the top-performing and most influential leaders in the industry.

Insurance Day states that “As head [of] the International Division, one of the Marsh’s two regional divisions (the other is Canada and the US), David Batchelor is not only one of the most powerful individuals at the world’s largest insurance broker, but arguably has the most challenging role in that vast organisation: ensuring Marsh maintains its global dominance by continuing to expand its presence in the world’s emerging economies.”

Mr. Batchelor has been with Marsh since 1980. Prior to assuming his current role as President of the International Division, he was the CEO of Marsh Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
