We’re committed to ensuring the cover we provide meets the changing needs of our customers. When new risks emerge we look for ways to provide the best possible protection against them. Because of this we have updated our Marsh Multicover policy wording.
The policy wording attached to this page applies to new policies that commence from 23 December 2016. This policy wording reflects enhancements made to our home, contents, private vehicle and pleasurecraft policies. Changes have also been made to the Landlord’s Extension cover. You can find the full details of the changes in the Change Document PDF  on this page.

Marsh Multicover provides insurance for home, contents, private motor vehicles, rental properties and pleasurecraft.

In fact, insurance assessors are available 24 hours a day all year round to assist with the more complex claims.  For example, in the case of a house fire that has caused major damage, our priority is to get you and your family to safe, comfortable accommodation while we start work on getting the damage repaired.  In fact, we have arrangements with local councils that means we can often fast-track building consents so that you can get back into your home as soon as possible.
