David is the vice chairman of Marsh. His major responsibilities center on global business and he supports key strategic relationships with top clients and partners, with specific focus on major clients and insurance carrier partners, he works with international leaders to improve the client experience and stimulate growth. Prior to this, David was the president of Marsh’s International Division, responsible for oversight of the firm’s operations outside North America. He started his career in 1976 with Bowring, prior to its acquisition by MMC in 1980. He received a BA business diploma from Walbrook College, London, is an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a member of the board of directors of BritishAmerican Business (BAB).
