2016 National Oil Companies Conference: Insights for a New Era in Energy Risk
Marsh will hold its National Oil Companies (NOC) conference at the InterContinental Hotel in Dubai, 22-23 March, 2016, followed by master classes on 24 March.
The sixth installment of the biannual conference, titled Insights for a New Era in Energy Risk, will bring together global industry leaders and key influencers to discuss the complex and evolving risks faced by today's energy companies.
As the title of the conference suggests, we are on the cusp of a new era in energy risks, with threats from traditional risks such as natural disasters, political violence, market volatility, and contingent business interruption, on the rise, while newer risks, such as cyber-attack, aging workforces, social media, and disruptive technologies are emerging at a startling rate.
We have a number of impressive speakers confirmed, including Dan Glaser (president and CEO of Marsh & McLennan Companies), Stephen Catlin (Deputy Chairman, XLCatlin), Gerard Naisse (Chairman, OIL), Mutlaq Al-Morished (CEO, Tasnee), Dr. Adam Czyzewski (chief economist, PKN Orlen, Poland), and Luis Vasquez (CEO and Founder, Diavaz, Mexico).
The 2016 NOC conference will address not only the risks oil companies are facing today, but also those that are likely to be on the horizon. Please email us at NOC@Marsh.com for more information or if you would like to attend.
