Ellen Charnley, Sarah De Rocco, and Catherine French Named 2018 Women to Watch
Congratulations are in order for three outstanding Marsh colleagues who have been selected by Business Insurance as 2018 Women to Watch.
Ellen Charnley, President, Marsh Captive Solutions; Sarah De Rocco, Head of Industries, Marsh SpA; and Catherine French, Managing Director Risk Management Placement, Marsh Ltd., will be honored at events taking place in New York and London later this year and profiled in the December issue of the magazine.
Now in its 13th year, Business Insurance’s Women to Watch awards program recognizes women leaders doing outstanding work in risk management and commercial insurance worldwide. In 2017, the publication began a separate award program for women executives in EMEA. Honorees for both programs are selected based on recent professional accomplishments, expertise, leadership, and future career prospects.
“I’m delighted to celebrate Ellen, Sarah, and Catherine for their achievements as women leaders not only at Marsh but in our industry,” said John Doyle, President and CEO, Marsh. “Marsh is committed to fostering a culture where all of our colleagues feel included and personally capable of success at our firm.”

Ellen joined Marsh in 2004 and has held numerous roles of increased responsibility within the firm. Ellen is a tri-athlete, author, film producer, and speaker for the American Heart Association.
