The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many organizations to change their traditional working styles and, as a precaution, many of them have adopted ‘Work From Home’ (WFH) policies for their employees.
While WFH is a great concept and has its benefits, it may also have impacts on the physical, mental, social and emotional well-being of employees in the longer run. These could vary from mental disorders to physical discomforts due to poor ergonomics.
Marsh India organized a 75-minute session on June 17 to understand the importance of ‘Health and Safety’ considerations when the majority of employees continue to work from home.
