Collin was appointed CEO of Marsh Singapore in January 2021. He is responsible for delivering Marsh’s wide range of services and solutions to clients of all sizes across one of the most mature and advanced insurance markets in Asia. Collin is also concurrently Director of JLT Interactive, a specialized provider of 'on demand' software product development and support services in the areas of insurance and risk management.

Collin has 25 years of experience in the insurance industry that spans re/insurance underwriting, broking and risk advisory, with a focus in the financial lines specialty. He has held senior management roles as Executive Director of HSBC Insurance Brokers Singapore, CEO of JLT Singapore, President Commissioner of JLT Indonesia and Deputy CEO of Marsh Singapore. During his tenure as CEO of JLT Singapore, he achieved the Best Turnaround Performance (2017), Outstanding Teamwork (2017), and Best Performing Country (2017 and 2018) awards within JLT Asia.

Collin holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Sheffield in England and a Graduate Diploma of Insurance from Deakin University in Australia. He is a Fellow of the Australia and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, a Fellow of the Singapore Insurance Institute and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
