Global Volunteer Month 2025

Each May, we celebrate Global Volunteer Month across Marsh to help make a difference for the communities where we live and work. Volunteering helps our colleagues to be their best by making an impact and contributing to our vibrant and inclusive culture.

We empower our colleagues to give back to their communities through our company-wide nonprofit partnerships, volunteering and giving programs.

Venezuela

Supporting Families

Colleagues in Venezuela volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House, supporting families facing difficult circumstances due to a child's illness. Colleagues provided meals and companionship to these families.

Ireland

Caring for Elders

In Dublin, colleagues partnered with Age Action to pack care packages with goods donated by colleagues. The packages were delivered to local elderly people. 

United States

Supporting Veterans

Colleagues in New York volunteered to assemble 500 emergency care kits with essential items to be distributed to veterans and their families.

United States

Cleaning Up Litter

Colleagues volunteered in Florida to help remove trash and other debris, collecting a total of 13 pounds. 

India

Harvesting Crops

Colleagues in India collaborated with the Swades Foundation to assist local farmers. Together, they harvested produce and successfully loaded 1.5 tons of crops onto transportation trucks.
