Gilles is a managing partner and the global head of industries for Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business. He also sits on the firm’s executive leadership team and previously co-led the European region. He is also a member of Marsh International’s Executive Committee with a focus on cross-business collaboration and growth. With 35 years of consulting experience, he is a visionary leader and life-long learner focused on strategic growth, transformation, and operational excellence. Gilles has led numerous high-impact assignments driving innovation and efficiency across a range of industrial and services sectors. A passionate advocate for gender diversity and talent development, he mentors emerging leaders to shape the future workforce. Additionally, Gilles recently published a book about the future of mobility which has been translated into several languages. Gilles holds an MBA from INSEAD, an M.Sc. from Ecole Centrale Paris, and an Economics degree from Paris-Sorbonne University.
