Kate leads Marsh’s global legal, compliance and public affairs function, as well as its sustainability efforts. Kate has held several legal and compliance leadership roles at the company, serving most recently as General Counsel, Marsh Risk. She also served as Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer for Marsh from 2017 to 2021, and prior to that, as General Counsel of Marsh Re (formerly Guy Carpenter). Kate currently serves on the Board of the Red Cross of Greater New York.
