Mark McGivney is Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer of Marsh. He was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2016. He was previously Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance, with responsibility for Global Treasury, Investor Relations, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Marsh People and Investments (formerly Mercer), and Chief Financial Officer of Marsh Risk. He joined the firm in 2007. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BS in accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
