Pat Tomlinson
President & CEO, Marsh People and Investments
Pat is President and Chief Executive Officer of Marsh People and Investments (formerly Mercer), and Vice Chair of Marsh. He also serves as CEO of Marsh US and Canada, with responsibility for leading across businesses to address clients’ increasingly interconnected risk, strategy, and people challenges. Pat joined Marsh in 2014 as the leader for the workforce and rewards practice (formerly Career) in the US and Canada. From 2018 to 2020, he led the US East Market, guiding the business to meet ever-changing client needs. Prior to joining the company, Pat spent 17 years with Aon and served as an officer in the US Army. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in sociology.
