This free, online assessment tool was developed with an eye to evidence-based health and well-being best practices as compiled by leaders in the field. It can be used to assess a company’s current strategy, identify opportunities and set goals for improvement. This allows companies to measure progress over time to improve organizational health and well-being outcomes.
The International HERO Scorecard can be used in all countries and is currently available in eleven languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Portuguese (European and Latin American), Spanish (European and Latin American), Turkish. New languages are under development.
