Puneet Satyawadi is Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Marsh. In this role, he leads our Business and Client Service capabilities and drive initiatives that promote efficiency, digitization and innovation across Marsh. Puneet has a rich background in Insurance operations, having joined JLT in 2007, where he held various leadership roles, including CEO of JLT India and COO of the Americas. Following Marsh’s acquisition of JLT in 2019, he served as the COO for Marsh International until July 2025.

Prior to joining JLT, Puneet worked in Change and Operations roles in the Financial Services and Energy Infrastructure sectors with Prudential, KPMG and Andersen Consulting. Throughout his career, he has worked in France, the UK, Asia and most recently in the US. Puneet is an Electronics and Communication Engineer and has an MBA in Finance and Strategy. In both, he graduated in the top of his class, in the latter earning the President’s Gold medal at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
