Flavio Piccolomini is Chief Executive Officer, Marsh International, a role he assumed in February 2023. He is responsible for delivering innovative solutions and greater client impact at the intersections of Marsh’s four businesses focused on risk, strategy, people and investments – across the UK, Europe, Asia, Pacific, Latin America & the Caribbean, and India, Middle East & Africa.

With over 35 years of experience in insurance brokerage and risk advisory, Flavio began his career at Willis Faber and Dumas (now Willis Towers Watson) in London, where he held several senior positions before relocating with his family to Italy to serve as Chief Executive Officer, Willis Italia and then Chief Executive Officer, Willis Continental Europe.

He joined Marsh (formerly Marsh McLennan) in 2009 as Chief Executive Officer, Marsh Italy, and since then has been promoted to roles of increasing responsibility, including Chief Executive Officer of Southern Europe, Chief Executive Officer of Continental Europe and President of Marsh Risk International.
