Marsh is proud to recognize our outstanding colleagues for this achievement – and for their leadership in advancing diversity throughout the industry. Congratulations to the following Marsh winners:

Lisa Harris, a Managing Director and Client Executive within Marsh’s Power & Energy Practice. In her role, Lisa leads the Houston Energy client service team of 40+ colleagues, where she is responsible for the design, marketing, negotiations, and ongoing service of risk management programs for upstream and energy clients. Widely recognized as a leading expert in the Energy industry, particularly in drilling, Lisa supports clients who operate internationally and face complex global challenges.

Jennifer Hicks, a Managing Director in the Marsh San Antonio office. In her role, Jennifer manages a diverse commercial book across the Aviation, Manufacturing, Retail, Restaurant, Energy, and Construction industries. In addition to coordinating global insurance programs for her clients, Jennifer is active in her community, where she serves as a volunteer for several local charities, including the San Antonio Boys & Girls Club, San Antonio Children’s Shelter, and San Antonio Junior Achievement program.
