As Head of Growth and Digital, Johannes-Daniel Veldsman leads the growth strategy and digital channels for the Marsh Pacific businesses, guiding teams to create opportunity through product innovation and digital technologies, and fostering new and ongoing relationships with clients.

Johannes is passionate about supporting Marsh to find better ways to support clients and help them better mitigate and manage risks, whether it’s through innovation or productivity enhancements.

Johannes has more than 20 years’ experience in leadership roles across the broad range of financial services. His previous roles include National General Manager for Jardine Lloyd Thompson’s Specialty division, and Global and Corporate Client Director for Aon.

With a background in commerce and law, Johannes also used his expertise to launch the Australian-owned transportation platform Shofer, as well as co-found Loyalty Life and iTruck Group in South Africa.

Johannes lives and works in Sydney, Gadigal land.
