Louise is the Corporate Office Leader for the Pacific region, reporting to the CEO Marsh, Pacific. As a member of the Marsh Pacific Executive team, she is responsible for leading and supporting the region’s highest priority initiatives, ensuring the business strategy is clear and driving its execution.

Prior to joining Marsh in January 2024, Louise spent more than 15 years at Mercer in both Ireland and Australia. Her experience spans actuarial consulting, strategic planning, business management and commercial operations.

Most recently, Louise was Head of Commercial Operations for Mercer Investments and a member of the Mercer Investments Leadership Team, where she played a key role in the integration of Advance Asset Management, following its acquisition from Westpac in 2022.

Louise lives and works in Sydney, Gadigal land.
