Risk in Context Podcast: Advancing Opportunities for Underrepresented Populations

While some companies have made advances in ensuring representation within their workforces, there’s still much to do.

This episode of Marsh’s Risk in Context podcast features Tammy Franklin, Marsh's Chief Digital, Data, and Analytics Officer, and Ailsa King, Marsh's Chief Client Officer for the UK and Ireland, on the ways companies can create opportunities for candidates they may not have considered in the past.

Key Takeaways:

To adapt to the changing needs of clients and customers, companies need input from a range of voices.

To attract and retain top-flight candidates, companies must be more flexible and creative to accommodate some populations.

Promoting from within diverse communities can help to develop role models for others as they seek to advance in their careers.
