David Brumpton
Head of Client Services, Marsh Risk Pacific
David is a champion for the voice of the client, leading our client-experience strategy, and connecting leaders and client-facing teams to consistently deliver the best of Marsh across our region. He also leads our company’s regional client retention and client experience agenda and is a member of the Marsh Risk Pacific Executive Committee.
With a strong client-first mindset, David brings deep expertise in developing and executing client services in highly competitive markets including Asia and Australia. He has championed collaboration across the broader Marsh business to address client pain points, turning insights into practical actions that improve outcomes, strengthen relationships and drive growth.
David is a highly experienced risk management and insurance leader with more than four decades in the industry across Australia and Asia. Most recently, he was Chief Client Officer and Strategic Client Director for South Asia at Marsh Singapore, supporting clients across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam. Previously, he held a range of senior risk management positions at Marsh Australia, including State Executive for South Australia and Chief Client Officer for Energy and Power in the Pacific. His career also includes senior roles with Aon, SA Power Networks and Santos, giving him a well-rounded perspective across broking, risk management and industry.
