Frances Dreyer

Frances oversees the legal, risk and compliance, and public affairs departments. She partners with the executive leadership on strategic legal risks, and to ensure robust legal frameworks across Australia, New Zealand and neighbouring Pacific markets. Frances is also a member of the Marsh Risk Pacific Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Marsh in 2026, Frances was a Partner at law firm Johnson Winter Slattery, where she practised for over 20 years in Federal and Supreme Court litigation, and litigation risk management. Frances was routinely recognised as a leading commercial litigator, and for her strategic and efficient approach.
Frances brings a sophisticated, measured and commercial focus to helping Marsh navigate complex legal issues and regulatory environments.
