Gabe Money leads the Risk Consulting business for Marsh Risk New Zealand, steering the delivery of integrated risk management solutions to meet the complex needs of clients across the country. He also sits on the Marsh Risk Executive team and the Pacific Risk Consulting Leadership team.

Bringing more than 25 years’ expertise in business development and sales across a broad range of industries, Gabe has played a pivotal part in identifying and expanding risk consulting initiatives across our New Zealand business, leveraging his deep understanding of client priorities and challenges to deliver cohesive, valuable solutions that support clients to grow in strength and resilience.

Before stepping into his current role in 2026, Gabe spent four years as Advisory Sales Lead for Marsh Risk in New Zealand. Prior to this, Gabe managed key accounts, developing strategies across the risk, security and workforce risk sectors for companies such as International SOS and Sabre. His earlier career spans roles in business development and account management across New Zealand, Australia and the UK.
