Kim leads risk management for Marsh in the Pacific region, helping to drive a proactive and positive approach to risk culture across our business. She is part of the Marsh, Marsh Risk and Mercer Executive Leadership teams.

Kim is a seasoned executive leader with a deep understanding of the financial services industry with her expertise extending to superannuation, insurance, financial advice and investments.

She joined Marsh from Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) where she was the Executive General Manager responsible for customer remediation and licensee management. Prior to joining CBA in 2014, Kim was the Chief Operating Officer at FNZ, a prominent wealth management platform provider, where she oversaw operations, technology delivery and customer relationship management across Australia and New Zealand. She also served as the Chief Risk Officer at OnePath, Chief Risk Officer at CommInsure and Chief Controls Officer at Colonial First State.
