Kirstin Lethbridge oversees Marsh's People function for New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Fiji, facilitating the execution of our people strategy and priorities. She is a member of the Marsh Risk and Marsh New Zealand Executive committees.

Kirstin brings more than 16 years’ experience in people and culture, and is passionate about leading transformational change and enabling leaders and their teams to deliver to their fullest potential.

Prior to Marsh, Kirstin worked as People Lead for Woolworths where she was responsible for executing the people strategy across their store and operations network and supporting 18,000 team members. In previous roles, she also worked with Air New Zealand and BNZ.

Kirstin works in Auckland, Tāmaki Makaurau.
