Chief Operating Officer, Marsh Risk Pacific
As Chief Operating Officer Noelene is responsible for driving operational excellence across the Pacific region, working closely with the Marsh Pacific Executive and the global Business and Client Solutions (BCS) function to align operations with Marsh’s growth ambitions and to strengthen foundational systems and processes. Noelene is also a member of the Marsh Risk Pacific Executive Committee.
Noelene brings more than 20 years’ experience across operations, claims, risk management, strategy and communications, supporting businesses to deliver outcomes for clients in complex, regulated environments. She is also known for building strong connections between people, teams, ideas and strategy to achieve pragmatic, high impact results.
Her leadership in operational transformation and capability-building – in her prior roles as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Steadfast and COO for Financial Crime and Fraud Protection at Westpac – positions her to enhance efficiency, resilience and client service across Marsh Risk Pacific.
Noelene has also held senior leadership positions across KPMG, Swiss Re, TAL and IAG, giving her deep sector experience across insurance, reinsurance and financial services.
