Satpreet Chandra leads Marsh’s Affinity business in New Zealand, with responsibility for shaping client-focused affinity strategies and delivering tailored insurance solutions that support sustainable growth for partner organisations and their members. She works closely with colleagues and insurer partners to develop and execute programs aligned to Marsh’s collaborative, innovative approach. Satpreet also sits on the Marsh Risk New Zealand Leadership Team.

With more than two decades of experience across commercial and general insurance, Satpreet brings strong client leadership and operational expertise to Marsh and its clients. She is recognised for building high-performing, service-led teams and for strengthening client engagement through practical, fit-for-purpose solutions, helping affinity partners navigate risk with confidence while delivering outcomes for diverse stakeholder groups.

In her previous role Satpreet was Chief Client Officer for the Affinity division of Marsh New Zealand, and prior to this she held senior roles at Gallagher Insurance. Satpreet is also known for her commitment to mentoring emerging professionals and championing insurance as a meaningful career pathway.
