Steven Cakaric is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for growth, and enhancing business development and market expansion across the region. He is also a member of the Marsh Risk Pacific Executive Committee.

With more than 25 years’ experience working across the broad spectrum of risk, insurance and people strategy, Steven is the ideal advocate and business partner to the varied businesses and organisations we support.

Prior to his current role, Steven was the National Client Solutions Director for Mercer Marsh Benefits in Australia where he worked closely with clients to develop market-leading people risk solutions. His experience also includes 10 years’ experience as Principal, People Risk, at Aon Risk Solutions, and 7 years as the Director of Workplace Risk Practices at Willis Towers Watson.
