NEW YORK, June 24, 2026 — Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, today announced the appointment of Tracie Thompson as Global Head of Portfolio Solutions, Marsh Risk, effective immediately. Based in New York, Ms. Thompson reports to John Donnelly, President, Global Placement, Marsh Risk.
In this role, Ms. Thompson leads the continued development of Marsh’s regional and global proprietary portfolio solutions, ensuring they are scalable, market-ready, and fully address client requirements.
Ms. Thompson brings more than 28 years of global insurance industry experience, with a strong track record in portfolio optimisation, commercial strategy, data-led decision-making, and delivering client value. Throughout her career, she has held a range of senior leadership positions spanning global, regional, and market-facing positions in the US, UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. Most recently she served as Global Leader, Strategic Accounts at Cytora, where she supported global (re)insurers, brokers, and MGAs in embedding digital underwriting and portfolio optimisation capabilities. Prior to Cytora, Tracie held several senior leadership roles at Aon, including EMEA CEO of Commercial Risk Solutions.
