Staffing Methodology

Three Key Assessments
  1. Emergency Response Readiness (ERR): The ERR evaluates the number of shift personnel, both outside and panel, required for managing the most personnel intensive, realistic emergency scenarios.
  2. Day-to-Day Operations Review (DDOR): The DDOR assesses staffing needs for daily outside tasks, including rounds, equipment monitoring, handovers, training, meetings, and Operator Round management.
  3. Panel Operator Efficiency Study (POES): The POES assesses the level of staffing required to carry out the daily panel tasks such as, alarm load, panel ‘rounds’, procedures, and SCD management.
