Jonathon Fox leads the claims operations function across the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on ensuring claims management and operational functions align to deliver a more seamless end‑to‑end claims experience for clients. He is a member of the Marsh Risk Asia Executive Committee and the Marsh Risk Pacific Executive Committee.

With more than three decades of general insurance experience, Jonathon is highly regarded for his collaborative style and ability to translate strategy into practical and effective outcomes. He brings a strong client‑first mindset to Marsh, working closely with teams across the region to enhance the claims experience, improve operational efficiency and ensure clients benefit from consistent, high‑quality claims support during critical moments.

Prior to joining Marsh in September 2025, Jonathon held senior leadership roles with some of Australia’s leading insurers, including AMP, Suncorp, Elders Insurance and QBE. His extensive background across claims, operations and insurance leadership equips him with deep industry insight and a pragmatic approach to delivering value for clients and colleagues alike.
