Prior to Marsh, Beth was an Of Counsel at a city law firm specializing in insurance and reinsurance litigation, bringing 30 years of experience in the insurance industry.

George Baldwin

George Baldwin

Head of Strategic Risk Consulting, Marsh Advisory

George is responsible for leading Marsh Advisory’s services for physical and transition/carbon risks, including risk screening, scenario modelling, risk register and roadmap development, adaptation/net zero plans, reporting and risk transfer. 

Callum Ellis

Callum Ellis

Head of Climate and Sustainability, Marsh

Callum Ellis is the Head of Climate and Sustainability within Marsh’s Climate Resilience & Strategy Practice. In this global role, he is the technical subject matter expert for climate risk modeling, supporting Marsh’s clients with understanding, quantifying, and reporting on their climate exposures. Alongside modeling, he often works with clients to identify operational resilience measures to help mitigate potential future climate risk. He also co-leads Marsh’s Center of Excellence for climate risk, heading a dedicated team of climate practitioners.
