If you become aware of an unlawful or suspected unlawful act or omission or other abuse, you can report it in writing, by telephone or in person.

Providing identifying information is not mandatory during whistleblowing, but Marsh Ltd. may decline to investigate the notification if it received from an unidentified notifier.

Information on the treatment of personal data of the notifier and the persons concerned by the whistleblowing is provided in the Privacy Notice Privacy Notice (marsh.com) of Marsh Ltd .

We will investigate the allegations in the notification within 30 days of the receiving . The notifier will be informed of the expected date of the investigation, the possible extension and the outcome.

We will also inform you that if it becomes apparent that the whistleblower has provided false data or information in bad faith, and that there are indications that a crime or offence has been committed, or that there are reasonable grounds to believe that he or she has caused unlawful damage or other legal harm to another person, your personal data must be handed over to the body or person entitled to initiate or conduct the proceedings.
