MIBL is a subsidiary of Marsh USA Inc. and its ultimate parent company is Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. ("MMC"). MMC is a publicly quoted, multi-national Group.
The Board of MIBL currently has one Non-Executive Director and seven other directors. The Board is collectively responsible for the performance and governance of MIBL.
The Board has delegated day to day operational matters to the Executive Chairman and some of its obligations to a number of Board Committees which are supported by a number of management committees.
