Barbara Ghirimoldi is Marsh’s Head of Marketing & Communications in Europe, and is also a member of the regional Executive Committee.

Barbara has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications following her graduation in Political Science at Università Cattolica in Milan. Prior to joining Marsh, Barbara spent 11 years at Archetype (previously Text 100), where she led the Italian subsidiary for four years, responsible for managing the local P&L, generating and developing new business leads and providing strategic communication counsel to clients. She has also been a lecturer at the "Master in Business Communications" of the University of Siena since 2006.
