Claire Shelley is responsible for overseeing the marketing and communications functions for the Marsh and Mercer businesses across New Zealand. She is also a member of the Marsh New Zealand Executive Team.

Bringing significant expertise to her role as Marketing and Communications Leader, Claire’s broad exposure to all forms of marketing spans across customer and business segments and lifecycles, including retention, acquisition, branding and digital applications.

Prior to joining Marsh in 2022, Claire held a number of senior marketing roles in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Her experience spans various industries including retail finance (Latitude Financial Services), health insurance (Australian Unity), telecommunications (BT Group and TalkTalk), broadcast media (Sky TV), recruitment and automotive.

Claire lives and works in Auckland, Tāmaki Makaurau.
