Deborah, Head of Growth for Marsh New Zealand, has over 30 years’ experience insurance industry. Having worked in the UK and Australian markets, Deborah transferred across to New Zealand with JLT in 2010 to take on the role of Divisional Manager responsible for Development, Strategy & Risk. Since JLT were acquired by Marsh & McLennan Companies, Deborah has sat on the Marsh leadership team.
Deborah is recognised throughout the industry for her commercial judgment, visionary thinking, emotional intelligence, constructive leadership style and high-performing networking capabilities. As a flexible and creative thinker, Deborah thrives on solving complex business challenges and using her relationships and a pragmatic approach to deliver quality solutions and results.
