Martyn Sinclair leads the New Zealand Corporate business strategy and operations, ensuring Marsh’s largest and most complex corporate clients have access to quality risk advisory and insurance services and solutions. Martyn also sits on the Marsh Executive Committee.
Martyn brings significant experience to his role, with more than 27 years in the insurance industry in New Zealand and overseas. He has worked with clients and colleagues across a wide variety of sectors, and under his leadership Marsh provides insurance solutions for over half New Zealand’s primary industry exports.
Martyn has forged a long career with Marsh. Joining the company in New Zealand in 1996 as a Risk Advisor, Martyn quickly rose through the ranks to assume leadership roles in Singapore, China, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, before returning to New Zealand in 2013 to assume his current role.
An inspiring leader and role model for his team, Martyn believes in the power of fostering a positive workplace culture to achieve positive outcomes for Marsh’s colleagues, clients and broader communities.
