Patrick Hunter
Head of Marsh Advisory
Patrick Hunter oversees the strategy and operations of the Marsh Advisory business in New Zealand and Fiji. Patrick brings risk consulting, data and analytics solutions to our leading organisations in New Zealand and Fiji. Patrick also sits on the Marsh New Zealand and Marsh Advisory Pacific Executive committees.
Patrick has 20 years’ experience working across the broad insurance and risk management sector, and has worked with some of Marsh’s most complex clients to unravel problems and improve risk outcomes. His expertise lies in helping clients make well-informed decisions by providing them with the tools and insights to identify, measure, mitigate and transfer the risks they encounter.
Patrick joined Marsh in 2021 as the leader of the Forensic and Growth division. Soon after, he was appointed to his current role as Head of Advisory. Prior to joining Marsh, Patrick held the position of Managing Principal in the Risk Consulting Division at Aon. He has also held senior consulting roles with Deloitte in Australia and PKF in the United Kingdom.
Patrick lives and works in Auckland, Tāmaki Makaurau.
