Thomas Delaney
Head of Commercial
As Head of Commercial for Marsh New Zealand, Thomas leads our largest client segment that represents businesses in the mid-market and small-to-medium enterprise sectors. He is also a member of the Marsh New Zealand Executive team.
During his 15-year career across Australia and New Zealand, Thomas has held a diverse set of senior roles across Marsh Pacific’s Affinity business, Growth and Sales. He also established the Sharing/Digital Economy practice in Australia.
Prior to joining Marsh in 2016, Thomas’s experience included roles at national brokerages managing risk programs for large Australian commercial, civil and design contractors.
He currently lives and works in Auckland, Tāmaki Makaurau.
