  • The mandatory programme will provide basic healthcare insurance to all expats through public and private healthcare providers.
  • Employers will provide health insurance for non-Qatari employees through insurance companies registered with the Ministry of Public Health.
  • The same obligation applies to the recruiter to provide basic coverage for those man-power resources, who are brought by the recruiter. Hamad Medical Corporation Heath Card will be issued for Qatari nationals.
