Silke Otte

Silke Otte was appointed the Marsh McLennan European Marketing and Communications Leader in April 2023, she also serves on the Marsh CE Executive Committee, prior to this she had been the Marketing Leader in Germany and Austria for Mercer since November 2019.
A graduate of Kiel University Silke previously held leadership roles across a wide range of international companies. With a proven track record for building, strong, effective teams and being the driving force behind transformative change across sectors such as technology and financial services, Silke has the depth of knowledge to help Marsh McLennan and its clients reach their goals.
