Generative AI is reshaping the future of work. The complex task automation and productivity enhancement it offers can allow professionals to instead focus on higher-value work.

As we enter a new technological age, it is critical organisations find ways to use generative AI to add value, attract and retain talent, maximise business impact, and avoid potential pitfalls. A deliberate, intentional approach is required for this. 

It is also important organisations consider the people implications when deciding how to use this new form of technology — a key step for widespread acceptance and adoption.
