Results from a 2023 IC index survey show that 67% of people spend 15 minutes or less engaging with news and updates from their company. Factors such as audience demographics, what we communicate, how we communicate and when are all critical in ensuring that any organisational changes taking place don’t result in employee disengagement, distrust or lower levels of commitment to the company.

Allocating time to developing a robust audience communication strategy is critical. Join our experts in this Marsh Academy session to learn more about their approach to creating a narrative and plan that delivers the change story to all audiences, in a way that is welcomed, understood and made relevant at the global, local and most importantly, individual level. Do this right and you will go a long way to ensuring the changes you’re taking all employees through delivers the impact that you need across all areas impacted by a change.
