I work as a client advisor for large global risk management accounts within our Marine group, and am the Sharing Economy industry practice leader for Marine. I am responsible for marketing and servicing complex logistics, cargo, and stock throughput programs. I also specialize in retail/wholesale and in the logistics and transportation industry sectors.

Which of our Marsh shared characters—passionate, human, inquisitive, or enterprising—resonate most with you?

Inquisitive resonates the most with me. I am always looking for new ways to solve client problems, think outside the box, develop new skillsets, and tackle challenges.

What excites you about working at Marsh?

The main driver for me is the collaboration with my colleagues. I’ve had amazing mentors at Marsh, who continually challenge and motivate me.

What do you do to make others feel included?

As a chair of the Hispanic Organization of Leaders (HOLA), a colleague resource group at Marsh, I continuously look for ways to connect with colleagues, whether it's through educational or social events. I believe that communicating consistently and demonstrating appreciation for colleagues is vital for having an inclusive work culture.
