NEW YORK, October 1, 2026 — Marsh, a leading global professional services firm, today announced that Andrew Neary will serve as CEO of Marsh Agency’s newly combined East region, bringing together the former East and Northeast regions, representing approximately 1,360 colleagues, under a single, unified leadership and operating structure, effective immediately. Mr. Neary will be based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, and will continue to report to Matt Stadler, President, Marsh Agency.
Prior to this expanded role, Mr. Neary led the former East region for five years. The newly combined East Region now includes New York, New Jersey, New England, and the broader Northeast.
Mr. Neary will oversee client service, sales, and operations across the combined region. He will be responsible for aligning talent, resources, and capabilities from both legacy regions, simplifying the operating model, and setting the strategic direction for a region that now spans some of the most dynamic markets in the country, from Maine to Pennsylvania.

Merging the regions will deliver a deeper bench of expertise and broader in-house capabilities for clients, combining industry specialists and local market knowledge from both legacy regions, while client service teams largely maintain the structures and relationships clients know today.
