Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor and a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), today announced the appointment of Typhaine Beaupérin as Client Leader, Risk Management, Europe, effective end June 2025. Based in Brussels, Ms. Beaupérin will report to Lorraine Stack, Risk Management Leader, Europe.
In this role, Ms. Beaupérin will have responsibility for delivering tailored solutions that support European clients’ risk management needs. She will leverage her extensive experience as well as Marsh McLennan’s capabilities and intellectual capital across its four businesses to connect clients within the wider risk management community, further enhancing Marsh’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience, innovative solutions and strategic guidance.
Ms. Beaupérin will join Marsh from the Federation of European Risk Management Associations (FERMA) where she has served as the CEO and Secretary General for nearly a decade. During her tenure, she played a key role in shaping the organization's strategic direction and advocating for member associations at both European Union (EU) and international levels. Her leadership significantly strengthened FERMA’s advocacy efforts, promoting a risk management-based approach in important European legislation. Ms. Beaupérin also holds a number of senior and advisory roles, including as Secretary General and Executive Council Member at the International Federation of Risk and Insurance Management Associations (IFRIMA) and as Insurance and Reinsurance Stakeholder Group Member at the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA).
