  •  Mercer - A discussion between Mercer and American Honda Motor Co. about innovative benefit strategies helpful in the recruiting and retention of critical workforce talent including niche job functions like technology and more. 
  • Oliver Wyman - During this fireside chat Oliver Wyman and Welded Tube of Canada will discuss how they successfully drove down their operating costs to optimize their bottom line amidst the current industry landscape.

He is the longtime CEO of The Medici Group, a consultancy firm that promotes innovation through diversity, and recently founded Via Renaissance, a SaaS company to operationalize diversity, inclusion and innovation at scale.
